Dear Applicants,

In order to start the application procedure, we need a nomination e-mail with the following information that should be sent by your home coordinator at the very beginning: 

• Name and Erasmus Code of your institution

• full name and contact details of the student(s)

• field(s) of studies

• period of stay(Fall term, spring term or whole academic year)

After being sure about your nomination e-mail, please start the following steps to make your application to Office for International Affairs (No application will be accepted without the nomination e-mail). Dead-line for sending nomination and the necessary documents: 15th of August 2012.

1. Application Form: Please fill the Application Form for Erasmus Students or Non-Erasmus Students (choose the appropriate one) on computer, have it signed and stamped to your institution and send with a proper photo as original. This application form also includes Housing Application Form. We regret to tell you that it is impossible to arrange any accommodation unless we received the application form including the housing application form beforehand.

2. Learning AgreementPlease prepare your learning agreement with the help of Kafkas University Erasmus Departmental Coordinators and send us three original copies by ordinary mail. You can get information about “Courses” and their contents. Please keep in mind that you can take any course from any faculty as long as your university accepts. 3. Transcripts of Records: It should be your previous transcript that you received from your university.

We will announce the list of the students who complete their application process and accepted to Kafkas University on 20th of August 2012.
